In the second half of 2023, Citiculture collaborated with Snohetta to design an innovative building to house the Crédit Agricole headquarters in Montpellier.
This collaboration was of paramount importance due to the ambitious nature of the endeavor. We, in conjunction with Snohetta, conceptualized a 2,500 square meter vineyard to be situated atop the futuristic building designed by Snohetta for Crédit Agricole. Snohetta, renowned for its futuristic architectural realizations in Europe, envisioned this remarkable structure..
The vineyard was crafted for the outdoor spaces of the building, employing the "alberello" system. The primary section of the vineyard (spanning over 1800 square meters) was positioned at rooftop level. This area was intended not only for the vineyard but also to accommodate numerous corporate functions, spaces dedicated to personnel, and venues for hosting public events.
Although the project did not secure the win in the competition organized by Crédit Agricole, it served as a significant opportunity for Citiculture to expand its networks and venture into sophisticated vineyard design.
